Zé Trigo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 5th playminute. 7 minutes into the game, Kaká Sampaio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sumaré Sport Club's Luís Fabiano de Sena quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 9 minutes into the game, Sebastian Brun recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gláuber Brodel. Sebastian Brun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Sumaré Sport Club's attentive Oswaldo Furlan managed to snatch the ball when Kaká Sampaio made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. When Zé Trigo came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Sumaré Sport Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Trigo couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Marcos Ramalho notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Sumaré Sport Club's Richard Fontes. Richard Fontes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Zé Trigo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gláuber Brodel. That made the score 3-1 in the 25 minute of play. Zé Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Gláuber Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Zé Trigo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gláuber Brodel was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Gláuber Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Chmelyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Toninho Grau's late challenge caught a Sumaré Sport Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toninho Grau helped the player get up and apologised. With his leg Gláuber Brodel managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Sumaré Sport Club's Zé Trigo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 44 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Gláuber Brodel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Trigo. When Christiano Trevisan fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Morro Grande E.C's protests and gave Christiano Trevisan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Christiano Trevisan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 47 minutes, Zé Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sumaré Sport Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Trigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Gláuber Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Chmelyk in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute Zé Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gláuber Brodel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gláuber Brodel didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Sumaré Sport Club's Alfred Chmelyk shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 7-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Gláuber Brodel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zé Trigo's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 60th minute, Alfred Chmelyk made a precise shot to the right of Gláuber Brodel. Morro Grande E.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. Toninho Grau kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Morro Grande E.C's Gláuber Brodel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Trigo in the 66th minute of play. When Sumaré Sport Club's Zé Trigo in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Morro Grande E.C's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Habib Ali Picavea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morro Grande E.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Habib Ali Picavea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Fontes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfred Chmelyk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gláuber Brodel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. The throw-in from Kaká Sampaio in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sumaré Sport Club's Luís Fabiano de Sena. In the 78th match minute, Morro Grande E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toninho Grau to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Morro Grande E.C defense, Zé Trigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gláuber Brodel. The Morro Grande E.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gláuber Brodel should have stopped the shot. 82 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Trigo came free, but Gláuber Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfred Chmelyk in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gláuber Brodel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Zé Trigo put it in 11-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gláuber Brodel. Sumaré Sport Club's Zé Trigo got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
