Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Erramun in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Sebastian Kismi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conrado Erramun might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Selatse. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Conrado Erramun ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Czeslaw Kopacz in the 21st minute of play forced Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper Tadeo Udalaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tadeo Udalaitz came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Despidida AFC's Czeslaw Kopacz. But to his dismay, Czeslaw Kopacz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 33rdth minute of the game Conrado Erramun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tadeo Udalaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Szymon Pyrzyce, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute Despidida AFC were awarded a corner. Fulgencio Furman went to the cornerflag to take it. Despidida AFC's Feliksas Fenichev was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tadeo Udalaitz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 39th minute, Despidida AFC's Feliksas Fenichev ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tadeo Udalaitz. Tadeo Udalaitz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Fulgencio Furman made in the 43rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Szymon Pyrzyce immediately put the ball in play. Tadeo Udalaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Czeslaw Kopacz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

54 minutes into the match, Machine Gun Kelly's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Kopacz came free, but Tadeo Udalaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despidida AFC's Szymon Pyrzyce got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Machine Gun Kelly made a substitution. Aristides Boniel replaced Conrado Erramun. Despidida AFC made a substitution. Arturo Arano replaced Szymon Pyrzyce. Despidida AFC's Ancho Branca was substituted for Czeslaw Kopacz. Fernando Selatse stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aristides Boniel's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Aristides Boniel did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Fernando Selatse 69 minutes into the match. Despidida AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toro Martínez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse got control of the ball when Alberto Lizer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fernando Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Boniel, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Tadeo Udalaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toro Martínez in the 92nd minute of play. Despite this Tadeo Udalaitz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Despidida AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
