Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bruninho Vaz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percival Cruz in the 25th minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Dalmo Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruninho Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Baggio in the 28th minute of play. Bruninho Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Baggio in the 31st minute of the match. Bruninho Vaz was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Jardel Baggio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jardel Baggio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Jardel Baggio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruninho Vaz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Paulo Godoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sidney Bertassi to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruninho Vaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bruninho Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jardel Baggio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dalmo Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Godoi in the 59th minute of play. Palestra do Interior were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after ITAFUT 4EVER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Percival Cruz took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Moisés Matorin heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Palestra do Interior's Hudson Sergipano was substituted for Niclas Danielsson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauan Loyola in the 73rd minute of play forced Palestra do Interior's goalkeeper Bruninho Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Percival Cruz could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Dalmo Tasso however easily saved by the left post. Jardel Baggio took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruninho Vaz. Bruninho Vaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. ITAFUT 4EVER's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcos Fantini in the 86th minute. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Palestra do Interior's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcos Fantini was slow to take the kick. During this time ITAFUT 4EVER's players had a chance to rest. Percival Cruz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Dalmo Tasso made a huge save. In the 94th minute, Cauan Loyola made a precise shot to the right of Bruninho Vaz. Palestra do Interior's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0.
