Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ulises Gartzen started the match with the kick off. Luis Henrico blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonas Bladi having to make a save. Jonas Bladi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Henrico, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Luis Henrico's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Bladi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Grosso United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Paulo Renato Corrêa was slow to take the kick. During this time Nouvelle Vague's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Nouvelle Vague's Cibran Piedra to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonas Bladi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Nouvelle Vague getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Cibran Piedra hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Luis Henrico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Bladi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Jonas Bladi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Henrico in the 16th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Ulises Gartzen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Inocencio Felipo. The goal made the score 1-1. Luis Henrico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Grosso United's Jonas Bladi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Dracena in the 37th minute of play. Jonas Bladi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Henrico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Henrico struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Jonas Bladi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nouvelle Vague. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luis Henrico was the one to do the kick off. Paulo Renato Corrêa hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. After 55 played minutes Grosso United got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Gonchan. 59 minutes into the match, Grosso United's goalkeeper Jonas Bladi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Henrico. In the 61st minute Luis Henrico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Bladi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inocencio Felipo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo da Costa in the 67th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, Gustavo da Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Inocencio Felipo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Åke Abelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Inocencio Felipo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dobromir Dankowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonas Bladi made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Dobromir Dankowski sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Grosso United's Jonas Bladi got control of the ball when Dobromir Dankowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute Nouvelle Vague were awarded a corner. Zhao Qian Kuan went to the cornerflag to take it. Dobromir Dankowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Jonas Bladi made a huge save. Eduardo Gonchan made in the 92nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ulises Gartzen immediately put the ball in play. Dobromir Dankowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonas Bladi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dobromir Dankowski ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dobromir Dankowski got free with Jonas Bladi in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Grosso United getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Eduardo Gonchan hit a great ball. The Grosso United players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
