Anthon Odén ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Sportivo Desamparados's goalie and right to Sebastian Tercero. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Sportivo Desamparados's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. ♦Diabetes♦ made a substitution. Cosme Gilen replaced Maurinho Senna. The throw-in from Julio Asier in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ♦Diabetes♦'s Isaltino Barral. In the 71stth minute of the game Cristiano Ronaldinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportivo Desamparados's Ferdinand Poenaru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ferdinand Poenaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristiano Ronaldinho's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. ♦Diabetes♦'s Jonas Chorache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Moise in the 88th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristiano Ronaldinho in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferdinand Poenaru prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
