Amapola's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Abarca in the 3rd minute of play. Emil Arendarski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Martínez Gullotta went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Amapola's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karol Borowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugo Orlando Gatti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. C. A. Potrero's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pastor Montrell in the 16th minute. After taking down the ball on C. A. Potrero's corner Pastor Montrell fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hugo Orlando Gatti quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Martínez Gullotta in the 22nd minute of play forced C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karol Borowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Hugo Orlando Gatti made a huge save. After 25 minutes Amapola's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pastor Montrell who took care of the corner kick. In the 27th minute, Dan Petrescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karol Borowski in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Orlando Gatti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the match, C. A. Potrero's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Martínez Gullotta came free, but Emil Arendarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Mauro Silvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Karol Borowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hugo Orlando Gatti. Karol Borowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Karol Borowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Hugo Orlando Gatti made a huge save. C. A. Potrero were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Amapola's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pastor Montrell took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Raimundo Santos heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Froila in the 41st minute of play forced C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karol Borowski in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karol Borowski made a kick off. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Silvino in the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Mauro Silvino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Silvino in the 54th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Mauro Silvino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amapola made a substitution. Souad Matmour replaced Javi Pinola. In the 61st minute Mauro Silvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Fidel Froila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 93rd minute, Ciriaco Bermudez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amapola's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
