A collision led to Defensores del Ángel Gris getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ramon Avellaneda hit a great ball. Fernando Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Isaac Gaur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Marinho scored 0-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isaac Gaur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Isaac Gaur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Kuno Lüdimõis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zsolt Horváth, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karam Wahbi was the one to do the kick off. After taking down the ball on FC ICEWIND DALE's corner Erik Stor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Isaac Gaur quite easily take care of the ball. Fernando Marinho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isaac Gaur having to make a save. Isaac Gaur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 minutes of play, FC ICEWIND DALE's Fernando Marinho made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaac Gaur was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fernando Marinho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Isaac Gaur came out and tried to block the shot, but Fernando Marinho slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 61st minute. Isaac Gaur made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Fernando Marinho sent off a good shot on target. In the 67th minute, Fernando Marinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaac Gaur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. FC ICEWIND DALE's Ismail Perin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eleuterio Estebano, made in the 71st minute of the game. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Ding Beckham advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-6 in the 80th minute. In the 84th play minute Fernando Marinho came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Isaac Gaur. 0-7. Defensores del Ángel Gris's Isaac Gaur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Defensores del Ángel Gris from getting a goal against them. In the 96th match minute, Defensores del Ángel Gris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Estebano to maneuver through the defense. FC ICEWIND DALE's Dobromir Borcz was substituted for Fernando Marinho. Eleuterio Estebano kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. In the 101st minute FC ICEWIND DALE were awarded a corner. Walery Wolicki went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Tomasz Łapiński managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The FC ICEWIND DALE supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC ICEWIND DALE would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
