The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Benjamin da Fonseca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Barral was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. In the 20th minute Can Sadov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin da Fonseca in the 25th minute of play forced Ferreira Lopes MZC's goalkeeper Gabriel Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremias Orland was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Shao Hao Zhen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Shao Hao Zhen really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Benjamin da Fonseca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Barral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shao Hao Zhen in the 40th minute of play forced Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Jeremias Orland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremias Orland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shao Hao Zhen in the 43rd minute of play. Can Sadov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Barral having to interfere. In the 48th minute Shao Hao Zhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Orland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute, Shao Hao Zhen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremias Orland was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjamin da Fonseca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jeremias Orland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shao Hao Zhen in the 54th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin da Fonseca got free with Gabriel Barral in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 56 played minutes Pesqueira City got a freekick which was hit by Bennvar Lohman. Jeremias Orland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shao Hao Zhen, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute, Rodriguinho Brasil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silas Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Pesqueira City's Benjamin da Fonseca ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gabriel Barral. Gabriel Barral yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Gabriel Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin da Fonseca in the 69th minute of play. Rodriguinho Brasil kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Ferreira Lopes MZC made a substitution. Folke Kühlem replaced Juan Alvarenga. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's Benjamin da Fonseca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gabriel Barral narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ferreira Lopes MZC's zone, Benjamin da Fonseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Barral came out of the goal and Benjamin da Fonseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute, Benjamin da Fonseca reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gabriel Barral. The goal made the score 2-2. With a little luck, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Gabriel Barral got control of the ball when Benjamin da Fonseca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benjamin da Fonseca scored 2-3 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Barral, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Pesqueira City players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
