Arif Oğuz Seyban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Casciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Arif Oğuz Seyban didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Carnicero went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Domenico Del Nero hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute of the game Wincent Rasimowicz made a throw-in which Carlos Carnicero played forward. 18 minutes into the match, GS Tor Pignattara's Valer Buceceanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iwo Dombroski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's zone, Valer Buceceanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iwo Dombroski came out of the goal and Valer Buceceanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frederick Desforges hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valer Buceceanu made a kick off. GS Tor Pignattara's Arif Oğuz Seyban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Casciano in the 53rd minute of play. With a little luck, GS Tor Pignattara's Arif Oğuz Seyban got control of the ball when Stanislaw Kolbe tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the GS Tor Pignattara defense, Stanislaw Kolbe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arif Oğuz Seyban. The GS Tor Pignattara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arif Oğuz Seyban should have stopped the shot. Valer Buceceanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th match minute, GS Tor Pignattara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Di Nucci to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, GS Tor Pignattara's Domenico Del Nero got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Frederick Desforges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frederick Desforges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Iwo Dombroski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute Valer Buceceanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Dombroski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GS Tor Pignattara's Valer Buceceanu suffered a sore knee after 89 minutes and couldn't finish the game. GS Tor Pignattara's Alpay Çelebi was substituted for Valer Buceceanu. In the 88th minute, one of KS Luxik Ruda Śląska:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KS Luxik Ruda Śląska. Aðalsteinn Esbjærg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Arif Oğuz Seyban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frederick Desforges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwo Dombroski having to interfere. KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
