Apolo Cayo lost his temper 6 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 5 minutes into the game, one of Los Muñes de Don Cuco:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 11th minute, Ernesto Bras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ambrosio Mateus hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Rodas in the 15th minute of play forced Los Muñes de Don Cuco's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Mickelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Bras came free, but Jan-Olof Mickelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan-Olof Mickelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Valerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Jan-Olof Mickelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Bras in the 20th minute of play. Jan-Olof Mickelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Rodas in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, MANCHITA ES LA TUYA 9-12's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Castel came free, but Angelo Oliverio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Ricardo Castel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Angelo Oliverio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 29th minute Mariano Bermund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Olof Mickelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Olof Mickelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Quirze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Ernesto Bras left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MANCHITA ES LA TUYA 9-12 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. If Juan Caetano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Olof Mickelsson came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by MANCHITA ES LA TUYA 9-12's Ernesto Bras. But to his dismay, Ernesto Bras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After some careless play in the Los Muñes de Don Cuco defense, Mariano Bermund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Olof Mickelsson. The Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Olof Mickelsson should have stopped the shot. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Jan-Olof Mickelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Rodas in the 43rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Los Muñes de Don Cuco defense, Hector Quirze kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Olof Mickelsson. The Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Olof Mickelsson should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Mariano Bermund made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Los Muñes de Don Cuco booed when MANCHITA ES LA TUYA 9-12 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Bras didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute, Ernesto Bras ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Olof Mickelsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Mariano Bermund struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Jan-Olof Mickelsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MANCHITA ES LA TUYA 9-12. After 60 played minutes Los Muñes de Don Cuco got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Evangelista. Jan-Olof Mickelsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Bermund in the 62nd minute. Jan-Olof Mickelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Quirze in the 64th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Hector Quirze made a precise shot to the right of Jan-Olof Mickelsson. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. Mariano Bermund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Jan-Olof Mickelsson made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Rodas in the 69th minute of play forced Los Muñes de Don Cuco's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Mickelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Ernesto Bras left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MANCHITA ES LA TUYA 9-12 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-9. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Muñes de Don Cuco's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Juan Caetano was slow to take the kick. During this time MANCHITA ES LA TUYA 9-12's players had a chance to rest. 78 minutes into the match, Ernesto Bras had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Olof Mickelsson. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Bras was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-10. After 82 played minutes Ernesto Bras rounded Los Muñes de Don Cuco's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-11. After 85 minutes of play, MANCHITA ES LA TUYA 9-12's Mariano Bermund made it 1-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan-Olof Mickelsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jan-Olof Mickelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Bras in the 90th minute of play. Jan-Olof Mickelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustacio Valerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the game, Damian Rodas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan-Olof Mickelsson. Damian Rodas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-13. MANCHITA ES LA TUYA 9-12's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
