In the 5th match minute, nk.topničarji was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Pemič to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milutin Stojko in the 7th minute of play forced Hacha y Tiza FC's goalkeeper Erubiel Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 minutes, Fabricio Xabel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hacha y Tiza FC and the nk.topničarji players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fabricio Xabel kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Hacha y Tiza FC's goal looked a bit too open when Milutin Stojko came free, but Erubiel Osoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julij Klinec blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erubiel Osoro having to make a save. 23 minutes into the match, Clemente Bihar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vasilije Kač. nk.topničarji's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clemente Bihar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Milutin Stojko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 29 played minutes Hacha y Tiza FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Laurin. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Sani Kompara managed to get in a good position for a shot. nk.topničarji's supporters rose to their feet, but Sani Kompara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erubiel Osoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rdth minute of the game Clemente Bihar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but nk.topničarji's Vasilije Kač was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fernando Peruxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luca Mihajloski during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fernando Peruxu struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Vasilije Kač didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hacha y Tiza FC. After 46th play minutes Clemente Bihar shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Vasilije Kač and just under the crossbar into goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clemente Bihar was the one to do the kick off. If Julij Klinec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 53 minutes of play, nk.topničarji's Julij Klinec made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erubiel Osoro was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Milutin Stojko fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored nk.topničarji's protests and gave Milutin Stojko a yellow card for diving instead. If Milutin Stojko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the game, Fernando Peruxu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Vasilije Kač was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 73 minutes into the match, nk.topničarji's goalkeeper Vasilije Kač had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clemente Bihar. Erubiel Osoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julij Klinec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute, Nicolas Calixto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Peruxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Vasilije Kač tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, nk.topničarji's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Peruxu came free, but Vasilije Kač reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Ivo Vitez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erubiel Osoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julij Klinec in the 95th minute of the match. After 96 minutes Hacha y Tiza FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luca Mihajloski who took care of the corner kick. The corner led nk.topničarji's Luca Mihajloski to fire away a dangerous shot which Erubiel Osoro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Hacha y Tiza FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hacha y Tiza FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
