In the 8th minute, Pat Eggers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Rednic was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. David Rednic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Kuhn in the 11th minute of play. The Liver Bird fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Liver Bird's Nathaniel Howald looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Timoteo Kuhn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Rednic having to interfere. Rapid Dobroesti's David Rednic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timoteo Kuhn in the 22nd minute of play. Liver Bird's Stig Verlengia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhang Yong Xiao in the 26th minute of play. Rapid Dobroesti's David Rednic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pat Eggers in the 30th minute of play. Goran Lindegger kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Liver Bird's Jonathan Lamontagne was substituted for Kryspin Raflewski. After a rather tough play, Liver Bird's Goran Lindegger got a free kick in the 80th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clinton Werfel got free with David Rednic in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gigel Cantemir during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 98th minute, Gigel Cantemir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 99 minutes, Clinton Werfel made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Rapid Dobroesti's David Rednic tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Liver Bird left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rapid Dobroesti.
