Egil Sjögren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Tom Vandendriessche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tom Vandendriessche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Ove Rolfsson's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Egil Sjögren scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tom Vandendriessche, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tom Vandendriessche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egil Sjögren, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Tom Vandendriessche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Ove Rolfsson in the 24th minute of the match. Blågula BollAtleter's Tom Vandendriessche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Ove Rolfsson in the 34th minute of play. Tom Vandendriessche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Ove Rolfsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute Frinnaryd were awarded a corner. Hans Söderqvist went to the cornerflag to take it. Joachim Ek tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Tom Vandendriessche. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-2 in the 40th minute. In the 45th minute, Valdemar Wennerström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Karl-Ove Rolfsson came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Frinnaryd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Ove Rolfsson couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gottfrid Pedersson to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th play minute Egil Sjögren came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tom Vandendriessche. 0-3. Börge Sellberg kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Karl-Ove Rolfsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Vandendriessche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frinnaryd played a much better game than Blågula BollAtleter and deserved their victory. The Blågula BollAtleter players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
