The supporters of Itapeipu AD booed when FC Scuderia Ferrari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eitautas Gudauskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Itapeipu AD's Valdomiro Marquez got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, FC Scuderia Ferrari's goal looked a bit too open when Valdomiro Marquez came free, but Ligitas Rajeckas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Greg Marshall left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itapeipu AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ligitas Rajeckas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Greg Marshall, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Scuderia Ferrari's zone, Valdomiro Marquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ligitas Rajeckas came out of the goal and Valdomiro Marquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Itapeipu AD's Ramiro Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martynas Švambaris in the 27th minute of play. Valdomiro Marquez hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Belmiro Quadros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Vitinho Leite managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itapeipu AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vitinho Leite was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to FC Scuderia Ferrari getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Arminas Zenkevičius hit a great ball. In the 34th minute of the match Greg Marshall sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ligitas Rajeckas skillfully saved the ball. Valdomiro Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Ligitas Rajeckas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Valdomiro Marquez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itapeipu AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Valdomiro Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valdomiro Marquez to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Scuderia Ferrari's Ligitas Rajeckas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdomiro Marquez in the 53rd minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Scuderia Ferrari defense, Valdomiro Marquez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ligitas Rajeckas. The FC Scuderia Ferrari fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ligitas Rajeckas should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Itapeipu AD getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Desiderio Tome hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, FC Scuderia Ferrari's goal looked a bit too open when Belmiro Quadros came free, but Ligitas Rajeckas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramiro Guerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janusz Slazak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 63 minutes Itapeipu AD's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Martynas Švambaris who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Martynas Švambaris got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ramiro Guerra quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ligitas Rajeckas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdomiro Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ege Kınık in the 68th minute of play forced FC Scuderia Ferrari's goalkeeper Ligitas Rajeckas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eitautas Gudauskas hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdomiro Marquez in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ligitas Rajeckas saved FC Scuderia Ferrari from getting behind. In the 73rd match minute, FC Scuderia Ferrari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eitautas Gudauskas to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Valdomiro Marquez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ligitas Rajeckas was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 76th minute Gabrielius Juknevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Guerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Itapeipu AD's Valdomiro Marquez got a free kick in the 80th minute. Ligitas Rajeckas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdomiro Marquez in the 82nd minute of the match. FC Scuderia Ferrari's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Valdomiro Marquez scored to the left of an out of position Ligitas Rajeckas, making the score, 0-6. Greg Marshall struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Ligitas Rajeckas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itapeipu AD. With a little luck, FC Scuderia Ferrari's Ligitas Rajeckas got control of the ball when Belmiro Quadros tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Greg Marshall got free with Ligitas Rajeckas in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ligitas Rajeckas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdomiro Marquez in the 93rd minute of play. The long shot by Belmiro Quadros in the 96th minute really tested Ligitas Rajeckas's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the final whistle sounded Itapeipu AD left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Scuderia Ferrari.
