Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Txema Cerbera took the kick off in the first half of the match. The Modernians fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Modernians's Txema Cerbera looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 7th match minute, Larrechea AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrés Silvera to maneuver through the defense. Elias Tono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Lunt in the 8th minute of play. Elias Tono showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txema Cerbera in the 11th minute of the match. Elias Tono showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliodor Rădulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Modernians got a corner. Larrechea AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Thomas Stenger ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Larrechea AFC's goalie and right to Harvey Goodwin. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Larrechea AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 17th minute Thomas Stenger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Tono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Larrechea AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Txema Cerbera came free, but Elias Tono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Thomas Stenger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elias Tono was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Txema Cerbera in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elias Tono saved Larrechea AFC from getting behind. Eliodor Rădulescu struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Elias Tono didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Modernians. 29 minutes into the match, Modernians's Thomas Stenger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elias Tono narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Larrechea AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Stenger came free, but Elias Tono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Txema Cerbera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Tono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes Modernians's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Affan Yürük who took care of the corner kick. Larrechea AFC's Affan Yürük was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kaur Kapten in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Elias Tono showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txema Cerbera in the 38th minute of the match. Eustaquio Baladi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Kaur Kapten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elias Tono showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Lunt, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Elias Tono came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Modernians's Thomas Stenger. But to his dismay, Thomas Stenger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Elias Tono showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Lunt, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. After the first half Modernians were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Deukalion Mehalitsenos made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Larrechea AFC's Elias Tono got control of the ball when Txema Cerbera tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 54 minutes of play, Larrechea AFC's Eustaquio Baladi made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kaur Kapten was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thomas Stenger in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elias Tono, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 60th minute, Txema Cerbera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elias Tono was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Txema Cerbera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Elias Tono made a huge save. In the 63rd match minute, Larrechea AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Baumer to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Modernians's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Baladi came free, but Kaur Kapten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Larrechea AFC's goalkeeper Elias Tono had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Txema Cerbera. Andrés Silvera hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Txema Cerbera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Modernians's supporters rose to their feet, but Txema Cerbera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Tono breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elias Tono took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Lunt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Txema Cerberas short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Elias Tono to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Txema Cerbera sped through Larrechea AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elias Tono. Gerry Sollit kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. A collision led to Larrechea AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Andrés Silvera hit a great ball. Thomas Stenger struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Elias Tono didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Modernians. In the 88th minute Txema Cerbera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Tono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerardo Baumer kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
