After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Rubén-Darío Feldmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Magic is Back's supporters rose to their feet, but Rubén-Darío Feldmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Delfino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubén-Darío Feldmann in the 10th minute of play. Rubén-Darío Feldmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Joel Delfino made a huge save. Hans Otterlei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruben Sánchez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st minute, Hans Otterlei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Cosa Nostra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ruben Sánchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Boniel in the 24th minute of the match. La Cosa Nostra's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnaldo Perpinya in the 25th minute. The corner led La Cosa Nostra's Grigoriy Medved to fire away a dangerous shot which Ruben Sánchez despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ruben Sánchez came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by La Cosa Nostra's Grigoriy Medved. But to his dismay, Grigoriy Medved quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Magic is Back's Ruben Sánchez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Otterlei in the 35th minute of play. Ruben Sánchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Otterlei in the 41st minute of the match. Sebastián Battaglia hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hans Otterlei was the one to do the kick off. Joel Suarez made in the 52nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jairo Boniel immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Lepper in the 59th minute of play forced Magic is Back's goalkeeper Ruben Sánchez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Hans Otterlei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Cosa Nostra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans Otterlei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. La Cosa Nostra's Bartolo Nesor was substituted for Arnaldo Perpinya. La Cosa Nostra's Marciano Bizen was substituted for Hans Otterlei. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Bizen in the 70th minute of play forced Magic is Back's goalkeeper Ruben Sánchez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 played minutes Magic is Back got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Nicolau. In the 73rd minute, La Cosa Nostra's Bartolo Nesor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ruben Sánchez. Ruben Sánchez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Bartolo Nesor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruben Sánchez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Claudio Marangoni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tytus Lepper came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the La Cosa Nostra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tytus Lepper couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute Bartolo Nesor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Sánchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Orlando Medina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tytus Lepper took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ruben Sánchez. Magic is Back's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 88th minute, Bartolo Nesor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Cosa Nostra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Ruben Sánchez made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Bartolo Nesor sent off a good shot on target. In the 96th minute, Bartolo Nesor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Cosa Nostra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The Magic is Back fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. La Cosa Nostra were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
