Şaban Özyurt might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Demiralp Bintuğ. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şaban Özyurt ran back to his position shaking his head. Demiralp Bintuğ took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şaban Özyurt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bulut İrgun made in the 65th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ilgaz Üzer however managed to control. Kubilay Sefik might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gökçek Yalavaç. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kubilay Sefik ran back to his position shaking his head. Kubilay Sefik hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. BEŞİKTAŞK's Demiralp Bintuğ played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şaban Özyurt in the 74th minute of play.
