Sören Termander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isak Lindqvist in the 5th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Marc Vallin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sören Termander was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isak Lindqvist in the 8th minute of play forced Gunnarsbyn's goalkeeper Sören Termander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th match minute, Gunnarsbyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Uter to maneuver through the defense. Gunnarsbyn's Sören Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marc Vallin in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Marc Vallin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sören Termander was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Gunnarsbyn's goal looked a bit too open when Marc Vallin came free, but Sören Termander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gunnarsbyn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marc Vallin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Folke Lekberg fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guldsmedshyttan IK's protests and gave Folke Lekberg a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gunnarsbyn booed when Guldsmedshyttan IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Folke Lekberg didn't get a good kick on the ball.
The wind increased when Per Stigsson made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Michael Boström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sören Termander. In the 83rd minute Marc Vallin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Termander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jarl Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Stigsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute, Sven-Olof Bergkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute Isak Lindqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Termander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
