Egil Fagrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Blom in the 11th minute of play. After 12 minutes, Anton Stenman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karlsborg and the BK Gubbhöft players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anton Stenman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Folke Hybbert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anton Stenman in the 19th minute. In the 27th minute Sven-Oskar Låsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Fagrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Karlsborg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Classon to maneuver through the defense. Egil Fagrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Blom, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. With 47 minutes on the clock, Lars Gunnarsson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Karlsborg fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! The referee gave BK Gubbhöft a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viktor Blom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Egil Fagrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Bergdal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64thth minute of the game Anton Stenman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BK Gubbhöft's Folke Hybbert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Viktor Bloms short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Egil Fagrell to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sven-Oskar Låsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egil Fagrell having to interfere. After having played for 81 minutes, Anton Stenman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karlsborg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anton Stenman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Egil Fagrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Bergdal, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Jonas Bergdal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egil Fagrell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, Karlsborg's Anton Stenman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Folke Hybbert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Viktor Blom got free with Egil Fagrell in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anton Stenman took the ball and in the 99 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Folke Hybbert. Folke Hybbert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Karlsborg fans cheered their team off the field, for while BK Gubbhöft had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
