Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gunnar Hellkvist got the match started through his kick off. Svante Nordström charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Svante Nordström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to BK Gubbhöft getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Svante Nordström hit a great ball. When Karlsborg's Hans Norberg in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BK Gubbhöft's goalie prevented a goal. After 10 minutes, Joacim Trulsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karlsborg and the BK Gubbhöft players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joacim Trulsson hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Folke Hybbert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Norberg in the 13th minute of play. In the 21st minute Gunnar Hellkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Hybbert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Gunnar Hellkvist made a precise shot to the right of Folke Hybbert. BK Gubbhöft's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hans Norberg in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Folke Hybbert saved BK Gubbhöft from getting behind. Hans Norberg kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Kjell Abelsson hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. BK Gubbhöft's Svante Nordström got his second yellow card of the match in the 41st minute. The referee ordered Svante Nordström off the ground. In the 42nd match minute, BK Gubbhöft was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svante Nordström to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Christoffersson to make the kick off. Kenny Ekeberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Folke Hybbert made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Gunnar Hellkvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Folke Hybbert was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 57th match minute, Karlsborg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Norberg to maneuver through the defense. When Karl Hultstrand fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Gubbhöft's protests and gave Karl Hultstrand a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Karl Hultstrand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 63 minutes, Viktor Beckeman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karlsborg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor Beckeman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hans Norberg struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Folke Hybbert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karlsborg. 74 minutes into the game, one of BK Gubbhöft:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Karlsborg a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gunnar Hellkvist, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of BK Gubbhöft's Folke Hybbert. 0-3. After 80 played minutes Karlsborg got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Hellkvist. After 81 played minutes, BK Gubbhöft's Bernt Larsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Egil Fagrell came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BK Gubbhöft reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Christoffersson in the 82nd minute of play forced Karlsborg's goalkeeper Egil Fagrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, BK Gubbhöft's goalkeeper Folke Hybbert had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hans Norberg. Hans Norberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karlsborg's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
