Sven-Oskar Ahlerot who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Ace Mace when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 16 minutes into the match, Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Hong Unge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ace Mace narrowly saved just below the crossbar. John Jonasson hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Nicolas Kusko kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Attila Kádár cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sören Målare was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Hockeysnubbarnas BK defense, Aktaç Tansan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sören Målare. The Hockeysnubbarnas BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sören Målare should have stopped the shot. Stardust Unicorns XI's Ace Mace proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Stardust Unicorns XI from getting a goal against them. Sören Målare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wen Zhi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Hong Unge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ace Mace saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute of the match Hockeysnubbarnas BK got a corner. Stardust Unicorns XI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. John Jonasson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Hong Unge got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-2. 48 minutes into the match. After the first half Stardust Unicorns XI were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Attila Kádár stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Stardust Unicorns XI booed when Hockeysnubbarnas BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnny Widberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attila Kádár in the 57th minute of play forced Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalkeeper Sören Målare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee gave Stardust Unicorns XI a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Isak Benett, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Sören Målare. 1-5. Sören Målare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attila Kádár, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, Aktaç Tansan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sören Målare. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aktaç Tansan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Stardust Unicorns XI's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
