Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Olle Kvick kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Kinell in the 7th minute of play forced IFK Stockholm's goalkeeper Gunnar Granqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as BK Forward's Folke Ström slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gunnar Granqvist. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. With his leg Gunnar Granqvist managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when BK Forward's Marcus Kinell fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 21st minute, Gustaf Kalfhage hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcus Kinell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, IFK Stockholm's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Ström came free, but Gunnar Granqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 played minutes IFK Stockholm got a freekick which was hit by Štefko Müür. Gunnar Granqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Ström in the 30th minute of play. BK Forward were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after IFK Stockholm's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Björn Wennerberg took the corner. It was a penalty for IFK Stockholm! Erland Blixt charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erland Blixt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
In the 51st minute, Marcus Kinell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gunnar Granqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Björn Wennerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The BK Forward fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when BK Forward's Åke Käller looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. IFK Stockholm's Nils Gullesson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Casper Caspersson in the 78 minute of the game. Gunnar Granqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Kinell in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, IFK Stockholm's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Kinell came free, but Gunnar Granqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the IFK Stockholm defense, Marcus Kinell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunnar Granqvist. The IFK Stockholm fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunnar Granqvist should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Osvaldo Otsoko sped through BK Forward's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Freddie Helberg. A collision led to IFK Stockholm getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Gustaf Kalfhage hit a great ball. When Marcus Kinell came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the BK Forward fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Kinell couldn't finish the play. After 96 minutes, Olle Kvick mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IFK Stockholm and the BK Forward players grew even worse after the yellow card.
