Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Ulf Arvidsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The goalkeeper, Klas Källberg, was totally fooled by TSIGALKO's Kristian Ekelund, who 7 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Robert Jonsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Klas Källberg having to make a save. After a rather tough play, TSIGALKO's Joakim Termander got a free kick in the 13th minute. Karl-Magnus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conny Deckbergh in the 15th minute of play. Robert Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to TSIGALKO getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Fredrik Ahlfors hit a great ball. With his leg Klas Källberg managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when TSIGALKO's Kristian Ekelund fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Robin Lööf hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Klas Källberg made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Kristian Ekelund sent off a good shot on target. Joakim Termander was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 39 minutes into the match. A collision led to TSIGALKO getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Joakim Termander hit a great ball. Karl-Magnus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conny Deckbergh in the 41st minute of the match. Klas Källberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fredrik Ahlfors in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robert Jonsson made a kick off. Höglunda IK's Klas Källberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Jonsson in the 56th minute of play. Conny Deckbergh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Karl-Magnus Ekrot made a huge save. When Andy Hansson fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Höglunda IK's protests and gave Andy Hansson a yellow card for diving instead. Robert Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Rudolf Josefsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klas Källberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Örjan Sandell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Örjan Sandell in the 76th minute of play forced Höglunda IK's goalkeeper Klas Källberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Robert Jonsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 91st minute, Robert Jonsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
