Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Gyula Hajnal took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristi Cândroveanu. Cristi Cândroveanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 9th minute Gyula Hajnal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristi Cândroveanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Dumitru Tolea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dark Prophets's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely the free kick. After a rather tough play, Dark Prophets's Dumitru Tolea got a free kick in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Dark Prophets's goal looked a bit too open when Eugen Tripon came free, but Cristi Cândroveanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Gyula Hajnal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute, Dorel Banu made a precise shot to the right of Cristi Cândroveanu. Dark Prophets's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 32ndth minute of the game Eugen Tripon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dark Prophets's Cristi Cândroveanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Dark Prophets defense, Dorel Banu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristi Cândroveanu. The Dark Prophets fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristi Cândroveanu should have stopped the shot. Cristi Cândroveanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gyula Hajnal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Gyula Hajnal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After 39 played minutes Dark Prophets got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Tolea. Cristi Cândroveanu came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Gyula Hajnal. But to his dismay, Gyula Hajnal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Cristi Cândroveanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gyula Hajnal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the match, Dark Prophets's goal looked a bit too open when Ionuț Petrea came free, but Cristi Cândroveanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dumitru Tolea to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gyula Hajnal in the 55th minute of play forced Dark Prophets's goalkeeper Cristi Cândroveanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Eugen Tripon took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Cristi Cândroveanu to make any attempt to save it. Dorel Banu struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Cristi Cândroveanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely. When Horea Turlea came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horea Turlea couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Eugen Tripon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristi Cândroveanu was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Dark Prophets's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eugen Tripon took the corner. Ionuț Petrea made a great header on Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's corner, it was just that Dark Prophets's Cristi Cândroveanu managed to reach the ball for a save. Horea Turlea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Cristi Cândroveanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Cristi Cândroveanu managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Eugen Tripon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 72nd minute, Gyula Hajnal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cristi Cândroveanu. The goal made the score 0-7. Cristi Cândroveanu stood somewhat misplaced when Nae Amuguroancei came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 75 minute. In the 81st minute, Dorel Banu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the game, Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Eugen Tripon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristi Cândroveanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. When Eugen Tripon came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugen Tripon couldn't finish the play.
