Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Samet Mert started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vintilă Arieșan in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valer Onișoru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Samet Mert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Valer Onișoru got control of the ball when Samet Mert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Valer Onișoru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vintilă Arieșan in the 10th minute of the match. Samet Mert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valer Onișoru having to make a save. Samet Mert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Valer Onișoru made a huge save. Valer Onișoru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samet Mert, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute, Samet Mert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 27th minute Samet Mert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valer Onișoru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34thth minute of the game Samet Mert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Valer Onișoru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A nice corner shot did that Pascal Grooss got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valer Onișoru quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Iulian Stroe hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Valer Onișoru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samet Mert. A throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game was made by Silver Phoenix with Codruț Macaneață as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 47th minute, Vintilă Arieșan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Valer Onișoru. The goal made the score 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iurie Bănățeanu made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samet Mert in the 54th minute of play forced PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Valer Onișoru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valer Onișoru came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Vintilă Arieșan. But to his dismay, Vintilă Arieșan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The supporters of F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- booed when PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iurie Poplăcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Samet Mert got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silver Phoenix got a throw-in 61 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gigi Bobei. If Samet Mert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vintilă Arieșan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Valer Onișoru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Valer Onișoru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samet Mert in the 76th minute of play. Valer Onișoru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samet Mert in the 78th minute of the match. Codruț Macaneață fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dacian Dudea having to interfere. F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Doru Cârju managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Silver Phoenix in the 81 minute of the game. Valer Onișoru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samet Mert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Iulian Stroe hit a great ball. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Valer Onișoru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samet Mert in the 94th minute of play.
