Iwo Wawrukiewicz hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When Tomasz Jazowski fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ's protests and gave Tomasz Jazowski a yellow card for diving instead. Tomasz Jazowski kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Gustaw Kaczorowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olgierd Zalipski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Florian Obarenes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Husaria Tarnów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 26 minutes, Lech Zagrodny managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Husaria Tarnów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lech Zagrodny was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Radoslaw Olchowy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iwo Wawrukiewicz in the 28th minute. Florian Obarenes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olgierd Zalipski having to interfere. In the 33rdth minute of the game Gustaw Kaczorowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ's Olgierd Zalipski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olgierd Zalipski came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Husaria Tarnów's Mark Bloom. But to his dismay, Mark Bloom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 38 minutes into the match, WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaw Kaczorowski came free, but Olgierd Zalipski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olgierd Zalipski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mark Bloom went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Bloom in the 42nd minute of play forced WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ's goalkeeper Olgierd Zalipski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaw Kaczorowski took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Olgierd Zalipski. Olgierd Zalipski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Olgierd Zalipski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaw Kaczorowski in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Husaria Tarnów's Florian Obarenes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 52nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Bloom in the 56th minute of play forced WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ's goalkeeper Olgierd Zalipski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Husaria Tarnów's Mark Bloom ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Olgierd Zalipski. Olgierd Zalipski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Gustaw Kaczorowski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Olgierd Zalipski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Lech Zagrodny came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Husaria Tarnów fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lech Zagrodny couldn't finish the play. Olgierd Zalipski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Bloom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the game, Gustaw Kaczorowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Olgierd Zalipski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 69th play minutes Gustaw Kaczorowski shot 0-8, a short shot which went by Olgierd Zalipski and just under the crossbar into goal. 71 minutes into the game, Gustaw Kaczorowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. The WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Husaria Tarnów were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
