With an all-out effort, KP Karmel's Tony Arruda threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Stasio Tomaka, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 11 minutes of play, KP Karmel's Fryderyk Slazak made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tony Arruda was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Janusz Lech got free with Tony Arruda in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19th minute, Teofil Skaradowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stasio Tomaka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Tony Arruda made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasio Tomaka in the 27th minute of play forced Westbam's goalkeeper Tony Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Korneliusz Chlebek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Lucjan Rudy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Westbam's Tony Arruda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Westbam from getting a goal against them. After 35 minutes, Leon Gaszynski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Westbam and the KP Karmel players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Westbam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Gaszynski to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as KP Karmel's Wawrzyniec Fetor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tony Arruda. That made the score 2-0 after 42 minutes of play. Tony Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stasio Tomaka in the 46th minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Stasio Tworek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Westbam's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KP Karmel the free kick. After 46 played minutes Westbam got a freekick which was hit by Stasio Tworek. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teofil Skaradowski to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofil Skaradowski in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucjan Rudy saved KP Karmel from getting behind. Lucjan Rudy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Klement Pawlak in the 54th minute. 58 minutes into the game, KP Karmel's Janusz Lech nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tony Arruda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Westbam's Korneliusz Chlebek got a free kick in the 64th minute. Janusz Lech scored 4-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tony Arruda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tony Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stasio Tomaka in the 73rd minute of play. Tony Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Pusiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Wawrzyniec Fetor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Westbam's Tony Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fryderyk Slazak in the 93rd minute of play. Tony Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stasio Tomaka in the 94th minute of the match. Wawrzyniec Fetor scored 7-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tony Arruda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that KP Karmel were the better team. KP Karmel's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
