Witalis Cetnar's late challenge caught a LKS Sieraków ŚL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Witalis Cetnar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of LKS Sieraków ŚL booed when KoLiber was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witalis Cetnar didn't get a good kick on the ball. LKS Sieraków ŚL's Borys Plucinik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Nalaskowski in the 11th minute of play. Borys Plucinik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Witalis Cetnar in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Czeslaw Osowski in the 15th minute of play forced KoLiber's goalkeeper Angel Vazquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iwo Pstrongowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Angel Vazquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute Witalis Cetnar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Plucinik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Witalis Cetnar got free with Borys Plucinik in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. LKS Sieraków ŚL's Borys Plucinik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save LKS Sieraków ŚL from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute, Witalis Cetnar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KoLiber fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 64th minute of the match LKS Sieraków ŚL got a corner. KoLiber's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Klement Fleszar ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwo Pstrongowski in the 73rd minute of play forced KoLiber's goalkeeper Angel Vazquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, LKS Sieraków ŚL's goal looked a bit too open when Wincenty Cholewa came free, but Borys Plucinik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludomir Budrewiczs short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Angel Vazquez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
