The audience thought a goal was coming when Czeslaw Gdowski got free with Gustaw Lech in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustaw Lech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damián Angulo in the 22nd minute of the match. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

FC Saxon played a much better game than MZetowe Mastodonty and deserved their victory. The MZetowe Mastodonty players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
