Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marco Overmars got the match started through his kick off. Erik Langås took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calum Frost, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erik Langås showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fitz Hubbard in the 12th minute of the match. In the 16th play minute Calum Frost came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Erik Langås. 1-0. Carl-Rune Ulvik was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 18 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Flogo FF's Carl-Rune Ulvik got a free kick in the 19th minute. Marco Overmars, 19 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Clapham Comets F.C.'s Conan Shields played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Moldskred in the 22nd minute of play. Marco Overmars recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Clapham Comets F.C. booed when Flogo FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jørgen Haddeland didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Marco Overmars sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Flogo FF's Erik Langås didn't even have to move. Clapham Comets F.C.'s Conan Shields played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Kaspersen in the 36th minute of play. Calum Frost hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Kent Sakshaug took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Conan Shields. Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A hard shot 42 in the game by Marco Overmars from a close distance when the talented Erik Langås managed to make a qualified save. Flogo FF's players were relieved. In the 45th match minute, Flogo FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Kaspersen to maneuver through the defense. Calum Frost's late challenge caught a Flogo FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Calum Frost helped the player get up and apologised. Flogo FF's Svend Havn was substituted for Ådne Roald. In the 48th match minute, Clapham Comets F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calum Frost to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Ørjan Moen made the kick off in the second half. Conan Shields didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 52nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Conan Shields took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Kaspersen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 60 minutes, Ørjan Moen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flogo FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ørjan Moen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joseph Haper kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Conan Shields showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ørjan Moen, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Flogo FF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kent Sakshaug in the 70th minute. Magne Berre hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Kaspersen in the 76th minute of play forced Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Conan Shields to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erik Langås made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geoff Ansell in the 78th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Svend Havn during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Flogo FF's Svend Havn got a free kick in the 81st minute. Geoff Ansell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the game, Flogo FF's Ørjan Moen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Conan Shields made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The Flogo FF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Flogo FF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
