Olen Homo scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christian Ryen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olen Homo in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Ryen saved Skjaldbørg from getting behind. Christian Ryen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olen Homo in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olen Homo in the 20th minute of play forced Skjaldbørg's goalkeeper Christian Ryen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toivo Roiha charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 64th minute, Arvo Lähitie reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christian Ryen. The goal made the score 1-2. The supporters of Karhulan Veikot booed when Skjaldbørg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christer Skjerven didn't get a good kick on the ball.
