In the 7th minute of the match, Einaras Kėbla tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Olav Green saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Sagene IF's Olav Green got control of the ball when Gvidonas Sauliūnas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Eurelijus Sutkus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olav Green was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Olav Green showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eurelijus Sutkus, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Audrius Butkevičius came free, but Olav Green reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Audrius Butkevičius dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Olav Green, 2-0. Olav Green took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Einaras Kėbla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kjell Ekeli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Olav Green managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when FC Karamba's Audrius Butkevičius fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andreas Grøndahl during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute, Eurelijus Sutkus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olav Green was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Olav Green didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 40th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. Sagene IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Eurelijus Sutkus scored to the left of an out of position Olav Green, making the score, 5-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Audrius Butkevičius to strike the kick off in the second half. Sagene IF's Olav Green played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eurelijus Sutkus in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Einaras Kėbla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olav Green saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Audrius Butkevičius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Olav Green was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 80th minute, Einaras Kėbla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olav Green was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. The audience was convinced that Audrius Butkevičius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olav Green was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. 84 minutes into the game, FC Karamba's Gvidonas Sauliūnas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olav Green made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. In the 88th minute, Einaras Kėbla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that FC Karamba were the better team. FC Karamba's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
