Polybos Koumanidis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carloforte f.c.. Waclaw Zajonc was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stathis Kokoris showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. Carloforte f.c.'s Waclaw Zajonc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stathis Kokoris in the 18th minute of play. Polybos Koumanidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Iacovella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Polybos Koumanidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Iacovella in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stathis Kokoris in the 24th minute of play forced Carloforte f.c.'s goalkeeper Waclaw Zajonc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alessandro Iacovella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Polybos Koumanidis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alessandro Iacovella went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 36th minute of the match, Stathis Kokoris tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Waclaw Zajonc saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in ⚽ Sombra Amarella ⚽'s zone, Claudio Capuozzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Polybos Koumanidis came out of the goal and Claudio Capuozzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 40 minutes, Michalis Bilias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ⚽ Sombra Amarella ⚽'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Michalis Bilias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Epigonoi Anetakis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Waclaw Zajonc when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Stathis Kokoris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waclaw Zajonc having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Ettore Brunetta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Polybos Koumanidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After the first half Carloforte f.c. were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
A collision led to ⚽ Sombra Amarella ⚽ getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Learkhos Stasinopoulos hit a great ball. Alessandro Iacovella took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Polybos Koumanidis. Polybos Koumanidis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 67 minutes into the game, Bernardo Antonelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carloforte f.c.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ⚽ Sombra Amarella ⚽ the free kick. The supporters of ⚽ Sombra Amarella ⚽ booed when Carloforte f.c. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ettore Brunetta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alessandro Iacovella could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Polybos Koumanidis made a huge save. With a little luck, ⚽ Sombra Amarella ⚽'s Polybos Koumanidis got control of the ball when Alessandro Iacovella tried to sneak it across the goal line. Polybos Koumanidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Antonelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stathis Kokoris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the game, Bernardo Antonelli recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Polybos Koumanidis. Bernardo Antonelli showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Epigonoi Anetakis scored 2-4 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waclaw Zajonc, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Plouton Orfanos kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the match was over Carloforte f.c. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ⚽ Sombra Amarella ⚽ throughout the match.
