Michele Doublet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvin Nordström in the 9th minute. With a little luck, Swatar United FC's Michele Doublet got control of the ball when Alvin Nordström tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, Alvin Nordström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Michele Doublet. Alvin Nordström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Swatar United FC's Michele Doublet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Swatar United FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Swatar United FC booed when Aleschi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Rucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Avellino in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Federico Lenci prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 20 minutes, Emanuel Avellino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Swatar United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Avellino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuele Guerrieri got free with Michele Doublet in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Gary Pace was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Swatar United FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aleschi FC the free kick. After 46 played minutes Swatar United FC got a freekick which was hit by Gary Pace. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Avellino made a kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by Emanuel Avellino from a close distance when the talented Federico Lenci managed to make a qualified save. Aleschi FC's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doğaner Benlioğlu in the 53rd minute of play forced Swatar United FC's goalkeeper Michele Doublet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Swatar United FC's Michele Doublet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Barbanti in the 59th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Swatar United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvin Nordström came free, but Michele Doublet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Aleschi FC's zone, Mark Busuttil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Lenci came out of the goal and Mark Busuttil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Michele Doublet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doğaner Benlioğlu in the 71st minute of the match. If Jacob Mahoney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th match minute, Aleschi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doğaner Benlioğlu to maneuver through the defense. Federico Lenci stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuel Avellino's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Emanuel Avellino lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Federico Lenci. Jacob Mahoney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86thth minute of the game Emanuel Avellino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aleschi FC's Federico Lenci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Federico Lenci had great luck who in the 86thth minute grab hold of the ball when Emanuel Avellino from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 87 minutes into the match, Alvin Nordström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michele Doublet. Swatar United FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvin Nordström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Emanuel Avellino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Federico Lenci when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 95 minutes into the match, Aleschi FC's goalkeeper Federico Lenci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Avellino. Aleschi FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Swatar United FC for a fine match.
