Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) 5 minutes into the game, Angelo Nunez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Baudilio Llinares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Baudilio Llinares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Nunez in the 8th minute of play. After 10 played minutes, TGN Academy's Tato Mayol shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baudilio Llinares came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in TGN Academy reached it. In the 10th minute, Jacobo Lillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Atlético de Sagunto's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Nunez came free, but Baudilio Llinares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 13 minutes, Angelo Nunez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TGN Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Nunez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atlético de Sagunto's Baudilio Llinares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dagoberto Segura in the 15th minute of play. Mergildo Sancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sagrario Valcarcel in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of Atlético de Sagunto booed when TGN Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Nunez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, TGN Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Sagrario Valcarcel came free, but Mergildo Sancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mergildo Sancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sagrario Valcarcel in the 23rd minute of the match. Xantalen Zafrilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mergildo Sancho made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Gorka Campoamor sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute of the match, Gorka Campoamor got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mergildo Sancho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Adrián Huarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baudilio Llinares having to interfere. In the 48th minute Sagrario Valcarcel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mergildo Sancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlético de Sagunto were awarded a corner in the 49th minute after TGN Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jacobo Lillo took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of TGN Academy's goalie and right to Sagrario Valcarcel. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. TGN Academy's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After the first half TGN Academy were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Sagrario Valcarcel made the kick off in the second half. Gorka Campoamor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrián Huarte hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Mergildo Sancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sagrario Valcarcel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sagrario Valcarcel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mergildo Sancho having to interfere. Walme Helguera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mergildo Sancho having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Atlético de Sagunto's Xantalen Zafrilla seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Xantalen Zafrilla the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Atlético de Sagunto protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Xantalen Zafrilla had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of Atlético de Sagunto:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of TGN Academy:s goal. Baudilio Llinares had in the 72ndth minute some difficulties stopping Tato Mayol's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 72 minutes into the game, TGN Academy's Tato Mayol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baudilio Llinares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Baudilio Llinares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelo Nunez's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Walme Helguera struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Mergildo Sancho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético de Sagunto. After 90 played minutes TGN Academy got a freekick which was hit by Colas Serena. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. TGN Academy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
