Joeri Wagemakers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislav Angelov, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Jan Westra's late challenge caught a VN Keleler's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan Westra helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of VN Keleler booed when Boeikop was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Westra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olof Talsma hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Boeikop's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislav Angelov came free, but Joeri Wagemakers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boeikop's Joeri Wagemakers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Nenkov in the 45th minute of play. The supporters of VN Keleler booed when Boeikop was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olof Talsma didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Coos Rensenbrink made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Tzeno Pervazov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joeri Wagemakers. That made the score 0-6 in the 55 minute of play. After 61 minutes, Vangel Dzhubeliev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VN Keleler and the Boeikop players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joeri Wagemakers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Dragnev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The VN Keleler fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. In the 95thth minute of the game Matey Dachevski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boeikop's Joeri Wagemakers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the final whistle sounded VN Keleler left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Boeikop.
