The Kukova United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Peyanski to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, ФК Априлци's Gergin Misov got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 75th minute, Kukova United's Pavol Halko ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stoyne Mazhdrakov. Stoyne Mazhdrakov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind ФК Априлци's goalkeeper Stoyne Mazhdrakov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Lachezar Ginkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jacek Gotfryd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 89 minutes into the match, ФК Априлци's goal looked a bit too open when Pavol Halko came free, but Stoyne Mazhdrakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Kukova United getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Dušan Ujlaky hit a great ball. Stoyne Mazhdrakov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavol Halko, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Kukova United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
