Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcel Toolenaar in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serge Rigot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thomas Smeekes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elenko Grekov in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Gospodin Dogandzhiyski made a precise shot to the right of Thomas Smeekes. Weed Excelsior's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 19 minutes into the game, Minior United's Ignat Ficherov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomas Smeekes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Weed Excelsior's Thomas Smeekes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignat Ficherov in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Gospodin Dogandzhiyski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Thomas Smeekes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thomas Smeekes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gospodin Dogandzhiyski in the 30th minute of the match. Thomas Smeekes came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Minior United's Ignat Ficherov. But to his dismay, Ignat Ficherov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8.

52 minutes into the match, Gospodin Dogandzhiyski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thomas Smeekes, 0-9. In the 56th match minute, Weed Excelsior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hendrik Hoekstra to maneuver through the defense. Thomas Smeekes made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Ignat Ficherov sent off a good shot on target. Weed Excelsior's Thomas Smeekes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Weed Excelsior from getting a goal against them. After 62 played minutes Minior United got a freekick which was hit by Elenko Grekov. Weed Excelsior's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Vladimir Baharov scored to the left of an out of position Thomas Smeekes, making the score, 0-10. Thomas Smeekes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gospodin Dogandzhiyski in the 67th minute of the match. Thomas Smeekes was a little too slow when Ignat Ficherov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-11. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vladimir Baharov got free with Thomas Smeekes in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elenko Grekov in the 75th minute of play forced Weed Excelsior's goalkeeper Thomas Smeekes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Weed Excelsior's Thomas Smeekes got control of the ball when Ignat Ficherov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Henk Stroobos kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Gospodin Dogandzhiyski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thomas Smeekes, 0-12. When Jurgen Oorschot fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Weed Excelsior's protests and gave Jurgen Oorschot a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gospodin Dogandzhiyski in the 87th minute of play forced Weed Excelsior's goalkeeper Thomas Smeekes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ignat Ficherov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Thomas Smeekes made a huge save. A collision led to Weed Excelsior getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Jurgen Oorschot hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Weed Excelsior's goalkeeper Thomas Smeekes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vladimir Baharov. After a defensive mix-up in Weed Excelsior's zone, Vladko Korakov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Smeekes came out of the goal and Vladko Korakov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thomas Smeekes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gospodin Dogandzhiyski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Minior United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
