Harm Meyer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Allard Borgman came out and tried to block the shot, but Harm Meyer slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Pieter Beuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rien Eringa, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 6th minute, Hub van Schaik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to De Digitale Dribbelaars getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Mart Verweijen hit a great ball. Pieter Beuk came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by De Digitale Dribbelaars's Co Fuchs. But to his dismay, Co Fuchs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Allard Borgman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harm Meyer, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the match, De Digitale Dribbelaars's goal looked a bit too open when Hub van Schaik came free, but Allard Borgman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Pieter Beuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Co Fuchs in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, De Digitale Dribbelaars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Lyle to maneuver through the defense. Pieter Beuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rien Eringa, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 37 played minutes Julias Rascals Apeldoorn got a freekick which was hit by Niels Borker. In the 44th match minute, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joost Blom to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Co Fuchs was slow to take the kick. During this time De Digitale Dribbelaars's players had a chance to rest. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Harm Meyer made the kick off in the second half. Niels Borker kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. De Digitale Dribbelaars's Co Fuchs was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pieter Beuk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 65th minute Rien Eringa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pieter Beuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Pieter Beuk got control of the ball when Gido Saelman tried to sneak it across the goal line. De Digitale Dribbelaars's Allard Borgman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harm Meyer in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, De Digitale Dribbelaars's Domenik Hoffhuis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pieter Beuk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After a rather tough play, De Digitale Dribbelaars's Abraham Zandberg got a free kick in the 75th minute. A collision led to De Digitale Dribbelaars getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Domenik Hoffhuis hit a great ball. Allard Borgman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harm Meyer in the 78th minute of the match. Co Fuchs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Pieter Beuk made a huge save. In the 81st match minute, De Digitale Dribbelaars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Lyle to maneuver through the defense. Allard Borgman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joost Blom in the 82nd minute of the match. Pieter Beuk made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Pankracy Wisniewski sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st minute, Co Fuchs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pieter Beuk. The goal made the score 1-3. With a little luck, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Pieter Beuk got control of the ball when Gido Saelman tried to sneak it across the goal line. De Digitale Dribbelaars played a much better game than Julias Rascals Apeldoorn and deserved their victory. The Julias Rascals Apeldoorn players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
