In the 33rd minute, Szabolcs Szarka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baxter De Hond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balázs Kovács in the 37th minute of the match. Levi Mertens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the de belletrekkers defense, Patrik Nagy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baxter De Hond. The de belletrekkers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baxter De Hond should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Gergő Tisza managed to get in a good position for a shot. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's supporters rose to their feet, but Gergő Tisza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
