He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Geetsvondel² reached it. Jorre Jespers received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Greg De Keijser came out and tried to block the shot, but Jorre Jespers slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Hensmans in the 25th minute of play forced Ad Fundum's goalkeeper Conrad Cremers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Ad Fundum's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Hensmans came free, but Conrad Cremers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ad Fundum's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. In the 56th minute, Jochen Van den Wyngaert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conrad Cremers was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When Lennart Weygaerts came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Ad Fundum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Weygaerts couldn't finish the play. Geetsvondel²'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
