Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mathieu-Maxim Claessens got the match started through his kick off. In the 10th minute, Carl Vinckx made a precise shot to the right of Yani Tenekedzhiev. SEA FALCONS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Lions United's Gillis Heirremans proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Lions United from getting a goal against them. Omurtag Kulin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gillis Heirremans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of SEA FALCONS booed when Lions United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathieu-Maxim Toussain didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23rd play minutes Krum Pindev shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Gillis Heirremans and just under the crossbar into goal. After 39 minutes of play, SEA FALCONS's Stanoy Sirakov made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gillis Heirremans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gillis Heirremans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krum Pindev in the 43rd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Krum Pindev to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes SEA FALCONS got a freekick which was hit by Venko Santurdzhiev. In the 60th minute, Dancho Súrbinov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SEA FALCONS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Carl Vinckx took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Yani Tenekedzhiev to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in SEA FALCONS's zone, Leon Valkeneers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yani Tenekedzhiev came out of the goal and Leon Valkeneers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Krum Pindev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Gillis Heirremans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Mathieu-Maxim Claessens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yani Tenekedzhiev was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Mathieu-Maxim Claessens's late challenge caught a SEA FALCONS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mathieu-Maxim Claessens helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st minute, Krum Pindev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Krum Pindev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gillis Heirremans. Lions United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Krum Pindev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. In the 97th minute, Leon Valkeneers reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Yani Tenekedzhiev. The goal made the score 5-3. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SEA FALCONS had played much better football throughout.
