Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Raoul Lambert started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Dolf Rouckeloos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zakariás Somogyi in the 3rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Raoul Lambert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristóf Balázs was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. After 15 minutes, Casper Jannes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brugge United and the Újlõrincfalva LC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Brugge United's Casper Jannes got a free kick in the 15th minute. Kristóf Balázs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raoul Lambert in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zakariás Somogyi in the 30th minute of play forced Brugge United's goalkeeper Dolf Rouckeloos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Szilárd Kiss was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Újlõrincfalva LC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brugge United the free kick. After a rather tough play, Újlõrincfalva LC's Szilárd Kiss got a free kick in the 34th minute. Kristóf Balázs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raoul Lambert in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zsolt Gergely in the 38th minute of play forced Brugge United's goalkeeper Dolf Rouckeloos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mattijs Parmentier's late challenge caught a Újlõrincfalva LC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mattijs Parmentier helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45thth minute of the game Zakariás Somogyi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brugge United's Dolf Rouckeloos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zakariás Somogyi to strike the kick off in the second half. Dolf Rouckeloos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gábor Sárosi in the 62nd minute of play. Zsolt Gergely sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kristóf Balázs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benny De Potter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dolf Rouckeloos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Magyar, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute, Zakariás Somogyi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raoul Lambert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Kristóf Balázs made a huge save. Kristóf Balázs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pacho Carabajal's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Pacho Carabajal struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Kristóf Balázs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brugge United. 82 minutes into the match, Brugge United's goal looked a bit too open when Áron Jánosi came free, but Dolf Rouckeloos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dolf Rouckeloos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Áron Jánosi went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 88 minutes, Pacho Carabajal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brugge United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pacho Carabajal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Sylven Wynaerts could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Kristóf Balázs however easily saved by the left post. Dolf Rouckeloos came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Újlõrincfalva LC's Áron Jánosi. But to his dismay, Áron Jánosi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Brugge United's Dolf Rouckeloos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gábor Sárosi in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th minute Újlõrincfalva LC were awarded a corner. Simon Magyar went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Brugge United's goalie and right to Gábor Sárosi. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Brugge United's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Brugge United's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
