FCF north's Tjeerd Zwaanswijk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asparuh Genovski in the 7th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Prodan Kondarev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 16 minutes, Sun Yuan Ying mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FCF north and the FC CSKA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sun Yuan Ying kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute of the match Ivaylo Buranski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tjeerd Zwaanswijk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Evlogi Belyovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thijs Nelissen in the 21st minute of play. Asparuh Genovski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FCF north had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
