Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Minuim SS's Téo de Almeida started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Minuim SS's Téo de Almeida in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vasco da Gama Clube's goalie prevented a goal. In the 7th minute, Amadeu Maciel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vasco da Gama Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Téo de Almeida in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Régis Moreira saved Vasco da Gama Clube from getting behind. Narciso Rocha succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 11th playminute. Dieguinho Tasso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Téo de Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Téo de Almeida could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Régis Moreira made a huge save. Téo de Almeida who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Régis Moreira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lúcio Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Téo de Almeidas short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Régis Moreira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Téo de Almeida's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Régis Moreira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Minuim SS's zone, Amadeu Maciel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lúcio Fernandez came out of the goal and Amadeu Maciel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Régis Moreira managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Minuim SS's Téo de Almeida fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Paulo José Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Régis Moreira having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Vasco da Gama Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Dieguinho Tasso came free, but Régis Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lúcio Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Dias in the 47th minute of the match. Minuim SS's Lúcio Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino de Andrade in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Manuel Dias made the kick off in the second half. Régis Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo José Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Téo de Almeida sped through Vasco da Gama Clube's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Régis Moreira. In the 60th minute, Paulo José Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 minutes, Téo de Almeida made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Vasco da Gama Clube's Régis Moreira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute, Vasco da Gama Clube's Cauan Lara seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cauan Lara the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Vasco da Gama Clube protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cauan Lara had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 66 played minutes Vasco da Gama Clube got a freekick which was hit by Cauan Lara. After having played for 67 minutes, Narciso Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minuim SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Minuim SS booed when Vasco da Gama Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gino de Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Téo de Almeida sped through Vasco da Gama Clube's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Régis Moreira. 74 minutes into the match, Amadeu Maciel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lúcio Fernandez. Minuim SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amadeu Maciel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Amadeu Maciel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Fernandez having to interfere. A hard shot 79 in the game by Leonel Moreira from a close distance when the talented Lúcio Fernandez managed to make a qualified save. Minuim SS's players were relieved. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Téo de Almeida in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Régis Moreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lúcio Fernandez came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Vasco da Gama Clube's Amadeu Maciel. But to his dismay, Amadeu Maciel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. Amadeu Maciel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Lúcio Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Amadeu Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lúcio Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amadeu Maciel in the 96th minute.
