An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Peixoto in the 7th minute of play forced Jukatriz's goalkeeper Oséas Albuquerque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Júlio César made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amadeu Arruda in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute Jukatriz were awarded a corner. Haroldo Arce went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Haroldo Arce almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Notts County BR's Júlio César did a great save. After 13 played minutes Notts County BR got a freekick which was hit by Jefferson Braga. Oséas Albuquerque stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Válter Trigo's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Walmyr Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jefferson Braga scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oséas Albuquerque, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Amadeu Arrudas short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Júlio César to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 24th match minute, Notts County BR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jefferson Braga to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute of the match Wanderson Vergílio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Júlio César skillfully saved the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Jukatriz's goal looked a bit too open when Cássio Peixoto came free, but Oséas Albuquerque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Júlio César made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Antônio Nóbrega sent off a good shot on target. 29 minutes into the game, Wanderson Vergílio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jukatriz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Notts County BR the free kick. A collision led to Jukatriz getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. After 30 played minutes, Notts County BR's Edinho Queirós shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oséas Albuquerque came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Notts County BR reached it. The supporters of Jukatriz booed when Notts County BR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kakhi Akhalaia didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Notts County BR getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Benedito Pontes hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Notts County BR's zone, Evaristo Pernambucano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júlio César came out of the goal and Evaristo Pernambucano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Notts County BR booed when Jukatriz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jânio Barral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oséas Albuquerque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Peixoto, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Válter Trigo made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Amadeu Arruda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Júlio César was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. In the 56th minute Evaristo Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio César saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Notts County BR's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Pernambucano came free, but Júlio César reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Cássio Peixoto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haroldo Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haroldo Arce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 played minutes Jukatriz got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Arce. Notts County BR's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
