In the 18thth minute of the game Fiori Jacinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luciano Velloso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ioan Voicu having to make a save. 26 minutes into the match, Confresa futebol clube.'s goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Maciel came free, but Ioan Voicu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Velloso to make the kick off.
