Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Jenipapo SC's Wellington Rodrigues started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Laércio Ramalho hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute Wellington Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerson Vianna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolo Compressor FC's Iuri Maranhense was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thiago Paraibano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Rolo Compressor FC's Gerson Vianna got control of the ball when Durval Passos tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 12 played minutes Jenipapo SC got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Coelho. The supporters of Rolo Compressor FC booed when Jenipapo SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelinho Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerson Vianna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laércio Ramalho in the 24th minute. The corner led Jenipapo SC's Daniel Zonta to fire away a dangerous shot which Gerson Vianna despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Laércio Ramalho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Gerson Vianna skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 34thth minute of the game Wellington Rodrigues who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rolo Compressor FC's Gerson Vianna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcelinho Gonçalves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerson Vianna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. After 42 played minutes Rolo Compressor FC got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Vianna. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Nathan Fernandes made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Daniel Zonta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerson Vianna was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Rolo Compressor FC's Caio Vergílio was substituted for Nathan Fernandes. Gerson Vianna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wellington Rodrigues in the 63rd minute of the match. Gerson Vianna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laércio Ramalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Durval Passos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rolo Compressor FC's Gerson Vianna did a great save. In the 76thth minute of the game Wellington Rodrigues who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rolo Compressor FC's Gerson Vianna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Marcelinho Gonçalves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jenipapo SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelinho Gonçalves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Rolo Compressor FC's Caio Vergílio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Caio Vergílio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Thiago Paraibano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolo Compressor FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Jenipapo SC's much stronger midfield.
