Geovanni Vides didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diamante Negro DK - VV. Ulisses Rossi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Armandinho Araújo got control of the ball when Gabi Gol tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Júnior Prestes during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th minute, Júnior Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind TAQUARI FC's goalkeeper Geovanni Vides, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Geovanni Vides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséias Fonseca in the 35th minute of the match. Júnior Prestes got his second yellow card in the match during the 38th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Júnior Prestes kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Oséias Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Vinícius Servaes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Geovanni Vides came out and tried to block the shot, but Vinícius Servaes slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 52nd minute. When Bommareddy D'AoustDaoust fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Diamante Negro DK - VV's protests and gave Bommareddy D'AoustDaoust a yellow card for diving instead. Bommareddy D'AoustDaoust hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute of the match Adalberto Damião shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Armandinho Araújo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 66th minute of the match, Bommareddy D'AoustDaoust tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Geovanni Vides saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Armandinho Araújo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Eduardo Teixeira went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. 72 minutes into the game, Oséias Fonseca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Geovanni Vides was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Geovanni Vides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oséias Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fabiano Clemente in the 77th minute of play forced Diamante Negro DK - VV's goalkeeper Armandinho Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, TAQUARI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vinícius Servaes came free, but Geovanni Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 played minutes Diamante Negro DK - VV got a freekick which was hit by Oséias Fonseca. After some careless play in the Diamante Negro DK - VV defense, Luís Fabiano Clemente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armandinho Araújo. The Diamante Negro DK - VV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armandinho Araújo should have stopped the shot. In the 95th minute Oséias Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Vides saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diamante Negro DK - VV played a much better game than TAQUARI FC and deserved their victory. The TAQUARI FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
