Sandro Soeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sandro Soeiro made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Elano Galvão sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beto Guedes in the 7th minute of play forced Encardidos's goalkeeper Sandro Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to S.C. Ferrari getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Beto Guedes hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the game, Furo Furenbrink cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Sandro Soeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Encardidos's Francisco Schmidt got a free kick in the 25th minute. Elano Galvão struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Sandro Soeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C. Ferrari. In the 27th minute of the match, Furo Furenbrink tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sandro Soeiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Furo Furenbrink did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Sandro Soeiro 29 minutes into the match. Kléberson Sabóia kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Sandro Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Furo Furenbrink in the 40th minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, Encardidos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flávio Matos to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Encardidos booed when S.C. Ferrari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Furo Furenbrink didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiaguinho Baptista was the one to do the kick off. S.C. Ferrari's João Carlos Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flávio Matos in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, S.C. Ferrari's Beto Guedes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandro Soeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 54th match minute, Encardidos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. Kurt Rosen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sandro Soeiro. Encardidos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 55 played minutes Encardidos got a freekick which was hit by Belmiro Arce. Kurt Rosen, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Furo Furenbrink sped through Encardidos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sandro Soeiro. Belmiro Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Kurt Rosen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sandro Soeiro. Encardidos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Encardidos's Tiaguinho Baptista got a free kick in the 70th minute. S.C. Ferrari's Willian Paes was substituted for Beto Guedes. The supporters of S.C. Ferrari booed when Encardidos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiaguinho Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aloísio Mangueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Soeiro having to interfere. Furo Furenbrink took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sandro Soeiro. Sandro Soeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 82nd minute, Elano Galvão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Furo Furenbrink's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sandro Soeiro was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. The S.C. Ferrari fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when S.C. Ferrari's Furo Furenbrink looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Willian Paes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sandro Soeiro having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Furo Furenbrink's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sandro Soeiro was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Furo Furenbrink in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Soeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. S.C. Ferrari had played much better football throughout.
